This is one of the things Pittsburgh Steelers fans should be thankful for this Thanksgiving. After missing last week’s game against the Los Angeles Chargers, star safety Minkah Fitzpatrick has been activated from the Reserve/COVID-19 list. This opens up his availability for Sunday’s game against the Cincinnati Bengals.
In Fitzpatrick’s place, new defensive back Tre Norwood played every defensive attack against the Chargers. Fitzpatrick back in the lineup allows Norwood to move in the secondary.
During the season, Fitzpatrick has a total of 64 tackles. The smashing moves that marked Fitzpatrick’s early Steelers time are gone, but he remains a smart, physical player and leader in defense.
