Angel bites, as I wrote above, are a set of 2 piercings that go through the upper lip. These piercings are placed on opposite sides of the mouth, so that the piercings are far apart from each other, but mirror each other's placement. Angel bites are named in contrast snake bites, which is placed identically to angel bites, but on the lower lip.

the technical name for angel fangs is "vertical philtrums" / a couple other names 😵💫 but the two "common" ones are angel fangs & vertical philtrums (the healing jewelry would be a curved barbell with two balls. only once healed, bottom could be spikes/cones. // prob could get spikes on the bottom if you asked v nicely but, you're going to be pierced with longer jewelry than you'll be.

From what i could gather a huge plus is that the fangs wont cause any tooth damage and/ ore gum erosion bc they are not on the inside of the mouth. A con could be that these are bassically surface piercings so they are more prone to migration. zedrocke • 1 yr. ago
