From 1952 to 1974, Pieck was responsible for contributing a majority of the designs to the fairy tale theme park Efteling in Kaatsheuvel, now one of the most-visited theme parks in Europe. In 1984, the Anton Pieck Museum opened at the Achterstraat in Hattem. The artist died in Overveen at the age of 92.

At the ground floor and the basement are the work of Anton Pieck himself and at the attic is the work of other painter with a similar style. The museum self is well organized.
