The Hissatsu's Kraton handle is very comfortable. It fits my hand well, provides excellent traction, and is rounded for "capping" and "feeding." On a guardless knife, it's very important that the butt of the knife be comfortable against the palm for protection during committed thrusts.

The lock on the CRKT Hissatsu Folder is a relatively thin stainless steel liner lock by modern standards. I do wish it was thicker, and that it engaged with more authority, but functionally the knife feels sturdy.
