April 2015. Yes, I shamefully admit, I was doing the girly style for the better part of the 10 week BLBC program. I started out struggling to do 5 in the 30 sec sets, so dropped to the knees just to get my strength up. By the end I could do 10-15 regulars for 30 secs.
